As a mother language course, education of Chinese language in middle school is the core of Chinese teaching in middle school, which is also of great significance. However, the present worrisome situation in Chinese education in middle school is yelling for a course reform, when the challenging new content of it require Chinese teachers for new notions, special accomplishment, teaching ability, research temperament in education as well as unique language sensation as Chinese teachers. This is what a scientific teacher of modern education should maintain. Chinese course in higher normal institutes, which carries the great mission of fostering Chinese teacher of such quality in middle schools, however, drift away from Chinese education in middle school and feature without "normal", and as a result, teacher students from those institute is short of the abovementioned quality for Chinese education. Therefore, a new course system oriented to middle school language education shall be established in a reforming advance of time, so as to adopt scientific concept in middle school Chinese education and characterize with normality.
