Development and adaptation is the basic tasks of individual life course, especially social adaptation is the core issue of individual-survival and development, and school adaptation is an important part of social adaptation of juvenile. College stage is the transition period of individual in physical, intellectual aspects and the individual preparation completely moving towards the society, independently undertaking the social heavy responsibility.
