The translator is the subjectivity of translation and an important participant in the construction of a national culture. But such translational subjectivity has long been obscured in the world cultural polysystem, the result of which is the marginalized cultural status of the translator. With the "cultural turn" in translation studies, proper and increasing attention has been paid to the subjectivity of translation. Based on the research on translational subjectivity, this paper addresses the subjectivity of the translator and explores the connotation and manifestation of the subjectivity of the translator in an attempt to further the research on the subjectivity in translation.
