The paper does a discussion on the developments of the Chinese tea in Britain during 17th and 18th centuries. It is made up of four parts, exporting Chinese tea to Britain during 17th century, the developments of the Chinese tea in Britain during 17th and 18th centuries, the reasons for the fashion of tea drinking in Britain after the middle of 18th century, and the Chinese tea's influences on Britain.The first part is "exporting Chinese tea to Britain during 17th century". It mainly researches on the topics such as the first record of tea in Britain, the first time of the Chinese tea's coming to Britain, and how the Chinese tea's coming to Britain. The first British record of tea was appeared in 1615, but the time of the Chinese tea's coming to Britain was later than 1615. It is not exactly certain when tea was first coming to Britain. There are a lot of points on it. And so we can't discuss how the Chinese tea's coming to Britain. I agree with the point that the Chinese tea was appeared in Britain in 1657, and the Chinese tea there was come from Holland.The second part is "the developments of the Chinese tea in Britain during 17th and 18th centuries". This part consists of the developments of the Chinese tea in Britain during 17th and 18th centuries, the types of the Chinese tea British drank and their evaluations at that time. Tea drinking...
