This study mainly discusses the undergraduates' psychological frustrations of employment and the strategies of coping with them. This study adopting two self-designed questionnaires, the questionnaire of sources of employment frustrations of undergraduates and the questionnaire of psychologies of employment frustrations, investigates and analyzes the sources of employment frustrations and the psychologies of the employment frustrations of 474 students from different colleges and universities in Jiangsu province. Through this study, we hope to seek the adjusting strategies to help them get rid of psychological problems and find proper jobs smoothly. Besides, we also hope to provide an objective basis as well as guidance for the departments of employment guidance. The results are as follows:1. At present, the main sources of employment frustrations of undergraduates are as follows: the sources of employment frustrations caused by the factors of expectations, physiology and psychology; the sources of employment frustrations caused by not realizing the employment ideals, professional ideals and geographical ideals; the sources of employment frustrations caused by the factors of schools and society.2. At present, the main psychologies of employment frustrations are as follows: factor No.3 of psychologies of employment frustrations (anxiety, inferiority, jealousy); factor No.2 of psychologies of employment frustrations (fantasy, fear, suspicion, regret).The strategies of coping with psychological frustrations of undergraduates are as follows: to strengthen the consciousness of self-dealing; to strengthen the cognitive psychological counseling for undergraduates; to carry out active intervention of the psychological problems of undergraduates; to carry out individual employment guidance for undergraduates; to strengthen the quality education, especially the psychological quality education; to strengthen communication between schools and parents.
