The Late Ming to the Beginning of Qing Dynasty is very important in the evolution of legend.This paper relies on the theory of "normal form", which was created by Tomas Kuhne, and is divided into two parts.One part is about the creation of legend, the other is about theory.The first half, from the aspect of creation, by reading and analyzing representative works, this part tries to summarize the features of the form of in the narrative structure of legend, firstly in the stage of inheritance, then in the stage of exploration, in which great prosperity and breakthrough was witnessed, finally in the stage of maturity, which shown some kind of delicacy and symbolization. Also , the part is devoted to describe the outline of 'literary revolution' development of the legend, as one kind of narrative literature, in the aspect of narrative structure , and to study the internal and external causes of the development, to position the efforts, which , however, lead to a common destination, of various legend writers in different periods .Also , the part is devoted to describe the outline of 'literary revolution' development of the legend, as one kind of narrative literature, in the aspect of narrative structure , and to study the internal and external causes of the development, to position the efforts, which , however, lead to a common destination, of various legend writers in different periods.The 2nd half lays emphasis on the theoretical side. Firstly, though the study on the two major forms which appeared with the developing of legend narrative structural, the logical relationship and trends of development reflected in the development of the two forms is explored. Meanwhile, the theoretical thinking about the narrative structure by Wang, Lv, Xu, Li, and other prestigious critics in the interim of Ming and Qing dynasty is sorted out, revealing the theory of narrative structure of legend constructing its integral theoretical system, from the easy to the complicated, and from the fragmentary to the systematical.Study is a kind of expression. Paperwork is the carrier of the thoughts which reveals the author's concern. The development of the form of the structure of the legend narrative in the interim of Ming and Qing dynasty, is a key aspect which reflects the maturity of the classical opera of China, and is worthy of our attention.I do hope, that this article would benefit, more or less, the study of the structure of the legend narrative.
