Female autobiographical novels as a part of Chinese female literature in 90s of 20th Century manifest an inimitable female speech locution. Based on the female characters which are created by female writers, this paper is going to analyzes how female writers use unique narrative methods to express female consciousness, and also will pay attention to how female writers choose effective narrative manners to give voice to female aspirations in female autobiographical novels. This paper gets into the specific analysis to the female autobiographical novels' narrate in the 90th age, which consists of three parts: there are novelistic showing, recount and the conformity of showing and recount. Novelistic showing as narrative basic point of female autobiographical novels in the 90th age, leads to paper with its three angles: visual angle of stories' showing, autobiographic stories., fictive stories. Recount which making the female autobiographical novels deepen on the 90th age, it has three features: the switchover of narrative personal pronouns, the diversion of narrative visual angles and the multiform showings of same story. The conformity of showing and recount pushes the whole female autobiographical novels in the 90th age holistic to a high level. It incarnates at three aspects: the uniform of experience ego and narrative ego, the coexistence of manifold narrative personal pronouns, the amalgamation of individual narrate and grandiose narrate and so on. Based on above three parts of female autobiographical novels' analyze, at paper's last part, placed the female autobiographical novels in the developing trace of Chinese female literature macroscopically, for giving a value judgment.
