The researcher investigates graduate students’ fear of success, achievement motivationand time management disposition, by using the Graduate Fear of Success Scale,TheAchievement Motive Scale and Adolescence Time Management Disposition Scale.And itanalyzes the relationship between fear of success,achievement motivation and timemanagement disposition. On the basis of the data analysis, apply OB Training.The studyconclusions are as follows:(1) The level of graduate students’ fear of success, achievement motivation and timemanagement disposition status as follows:On the whole of master graduates have a certain degree fear of success phenomenon.Gender differences in fear of success is significantly, and in its four factors, interpersonal fearand gender differences are significantly. Grade differences in fear of success is significantly,and in its four factors, interpersonal fear and gender differences are significantly. Majordifferences on couples fear has significant differences.Graduate students of achievement motivation in general is on the middle level. Genderdifferences in achievement motivation has significant differences. Differences between malegraduate students and male college students of the achievement motivation is not significantdifferences. Differences between female graduate students and female college students of theachievement motivation is significant.Graduate students Time Management Disposition in general is on the middle level. Timemanagement disposition on gender and grade differences are not significant but on weatherhas work experience is significant include sense of the value of time monitoring.(2) The relationship analysis between fear of success, achievement motivation and timemanagement disposition, results are as follows:Graduate students’ fear of success is partly related to achievement motivation, fear ofsuccess is partly related to time management disposition, and achievement motivation ispartly related to time management disposition.(3) The results of OB Training intervention study are as follows:There are no significant differences between the experimental group and the controlgroup; There are a very significant differences between pre-test and post-test of theexperimental group; There are no significant differences between pre-test and post-test of the control group; There are a very significant differences about post-test between theexperimental group and the control group; Explain that OB Training can effectiveintervention on the level of college students’ psychological health.
