The School Education Of The Oahar Prefecture From The Beginning Of The 20～(th) Century To The Middle Of The 1930s

The Qahar prefecture, which was located in the frontier, vast butsparsely populated, has been an undeveloped region in economy andculture since the modern times. It is certain that being backward ineconomy will lead to sluggish development on cultural education. Thisessay has elaborated the school education of the Qahar prefecture fromthe beginning of the 20th century to the middle of the 1930s. This essayhas been divided into two parts, and in the first part, it focuses on thedevelopment and change of the school education in the Qahar prefecture,and this part includes three sections: development of history in schooleducation of the Qahar prefecture, the changes of the educationaladministrative structure in this prefecture and the developing status of theQahar school education; and in the second part, it focuses on theproblems in the course of the Qahar school education's development,and discusses from the unbalanced development of the school education,the limitation of the female's education rights and the shortage on man power and financial power. This essay focuses on the developing statusand the problems of the school education in the Qahar prefecture from thebeginning of the 20th century to the middle of the 1930s, therefore, itdemonstrates that the development of the school education of the Qaharprefecture in modern times was a long and twisting while progressivecourse.
