From the establishment at Shanghai in 1919 to the dissolution in 1945, the Korean Provisional Government last 27 years for fighting against Japanese colonial domination within the boundaries of china. The paper consists of preface, text and conclusion. The text falls into three parts:The first part: talking about the internal condition of the KPG and its foreign aid when it stay in shanghai, namely the establishment of KPG and the economic lifeline as well as the Chinese economic aid. The KPG's economic lifeline mainly including: taxes, the issuance of government bond, and the overseas Korean donation .The external finance supports refers to Chinese economic aid ,mainly divided into three aspects: China and Korea civic groups and mutual assistance between individuals, the Chinese southward protect-law government's recognition and support to the KPG, Chinese various universities and military academies accepted Korean students for free. In early years, the KPG tried many ways of collecting fund. But the finance was extremely limited because of many factor's restrictions. The KPG maintained in hard condition.The second part: discussing the finance's maintenances condition of the KPG and the economic assistance from China. Firstly analysis the background of KPG's difficulties and after"the Hongkou park event", the economy condition of KPG changed for the better. And then separately narrates the wander condition of the KPG within the boundaries of China (Hangzhou, Zhenjiang, Changsha, Guangzhou, and Liuzhou, Qijiang)when it was forced to leave Shanghai. Noting that before the Chinese Anti-Japanese War broken out, China still give assistance to the KPG through personal or civic groups indirectly. After China's Anti-Japanese War, the Chinese government began to assist KPG Openly. Furthermore, Chinese government offered lots of material assistance when the members of KPG and their families on the move.The third part: discussing the economic condition of KPG when it moved to Chongqing and narratives about the condition of Chinese National Government's economy assistance. And this part also narratives the relief of the Korean emigrant. Chinese National Government continual enhanced to assist KPG in this period, included: subsided KPG's activities, supplied the South Korea restorer-army's military expenditure and the living expenses of the Korean who lived in Chongqing, and supplied funds of the members of KPG and their families when back to their county.The conclusion is that being short of fixed finance resource, The KPG could go on their fight , obviously not only because of the KPG's spirit of Striving for the national independence , but also had close relationship with economic aid from china. The people of Korean and China stood together regardless of situation would be never fading in this period, and it contributes the friendship between Chinese and Korean people until today.
