Chinese is the symbol system of recording the language of the Hannationality. Chinese teaching is an important part of teaching a foreignlanguage. Mastering the Chinese characters directly relates to the level ofChinese learners. The current teaching Chinese as a foreign language,many foreign students are afraid of learning Chinese characters.Therefore, it is necessary based on the characteristics of Chinesecharacters and the Han nationality. Combining with the traditionalChinese studying results strengthen the teaching of Chinese characters.This paper summarized the circle of non-Chinese foreign learners,"Chinese is hard to learn," Dilemma: pronunciation obstacles, fontplagued, words interblend, learning from the two aspects of teaching andlearning Chinese characters to look for the reasons, and found the finalanalysis, which is due to a lack of attention to cultural informationbearing Chinese characters. Thus, to teach Chinese as a foreign languagewe need to explain the Chinese characters bearing on the interpretation ofcultural information. We put forward it based on a full understanding andresearching of Chinese and the characteristics of teaching Chinese as aforeign language. It is based on Chinese cultural studies and secondlanguage acquisition pursuant to stimulate interest in learning, it can beinterested of learning and improve efficiency, and also it can accelerate the international spread of Chinese culture, so it is of great significanceand far-reaching significance in the present. Then put forward theprinciples and methods of teaching Chinese as foreign language tointerpret Chinese culture and information. Implementation of theprinciples can be summarized as follows: to make the past serve thepresent, the bold choice—Interpretation of the way to make the pastserve the present. If they are the same meaning, we use it; If not, weremove it. We must based on teaching and reasonable innovation—innovation in teaching based on the actual object, the actual teaching, Thereal purpose of teaching. Regulations can be implemented as follows—Use the shape as a breakthrough to get the pronunciation;—points tothe deep cultural concern extends to the visual thinking indicative, theconcept of life and to show more concern symmetrical aestheticpsychology. Finally, this article analyzed the problems of explaining theChinese culture and information in Chinese teaching, and put forwardedsome practicable methods to solve these problems.
