The Research On Chinese Loan Words In The Process Of Intercultural Communication

As the important token of the intercultural intercourse and amalgamation, the thesis analyzed the amalgamation of language and the development of glossary on the background of ethical communication and intercourse. The thesis selected the loan words which were broadcasted from ancient times to modern times as study object, managed with diachronic and synchronic research means, analyzed the evolvement of loan words. Accordingly we can seek after the historical developing trace of The Chinese.The thesis divided into four parts, besides the foreword and the epilogue.The first part figured out two conceptions, one is the intercultural communication, the other is the loan words, and especially generalized the development of concept of loan words. Chinese loan words is the words which were introduced from foreign language but translated into Chinese pronunciation and morphology .It is the organic component of Chinese vocabulary system, and it follows the rules of Chinese vocabulary.The second part is the cause statement of the loan words formation. This part dissertated from exterior cause and interior causation respectively. The contact and evolvement of language is different depend on the difference of field, terrain, time, figure and culture. Besides the mentioned factors, there are some social factors and the interior characteristic influence of language system. As a subsystem, vocabulary has exterior and interior infection in the development process.The third part is main part of the thesis. We had diachronic research on Chinese loan words from ancient times to modern times. This part had historical review on the amalgamation of some minority words and Chinese, and classified according to the application and phylum origin, consequently prearranged to conclude the character of Chinese loan words in next part.The forth part concluded the linguistic dualism of loan words on the basis of loan words'summarization, and had a statistic on loan words which are different in semantics. In this part, we inducted the classification principal which invented by Martini and analyzed statically on Chinese culture and mentality. The thesis connected vocabulary, history and intercultural through the diachronic research on Chinese loan words.
