This research focuses on the interpersonal cognition.It tries to find out the relationship among college students'interpersonal satisfaction, self-e steem and locus of mental control and how self-esteem, locus of mental control influence interpersonal satisfaction. We hope it will provide some instruct for improving college students'interpersonal relationship and also provide some reference for physically and mentally and pshchology consult in schools.Interpersonal satisfaction questionnaire and The Self-esteem Scale and ANSIE were used to research 606 college students.The results are as follows:Firstly, college students are incline to and satisfied with the appraisal of one's own interpersonal relationships and development of self-esteem also higher than medium's. They're incline to internal locus. Secondly, the girl's interpersonal satisfaction is higher than the boy's, but not significantly. interpersonal satisfaction of students in Grade 1 is significantly higher than that of students in Grade 3&2&4. In subject, interpersonal satisfaction of Arts is highest. Thirdly, Medical students'self-esteem is higher than Arts and Science. Fourthly, medical students'locus of mental control is incline to internal locus. In subject, the students in Grade 2 is higher than that of other Grade.there is significant correlation locus of mental control, self-esteem and interpersonal satisfaction. Self-esteem and locus of mental control can forecast students'interpersonal satisfaction. The students'self-esteem directly forecast students'interpersonal satisfaction, although locus of mental control indirectly impact on interpersonal satisfaction by impacting on self-esteem first.
