Group Rorschach Inkblot Test (GRIT) was made by Professor Ben Ming Kuan of Waseda University on the basis of Rorschach Inkblot Test. It reserved the character of Projective Test whose purpose couldn't be guessed by tester. Another merit of it is easy and quick use. GRIT is sparkling in our research of modern psychology.This research is on the basis of predecessors'and to further studies on GRIT used in China and riches the tools of measuring the personality structure of teenager. There are 612 teens did the test. Firstly, we take the codes of RIT Comprehensive System instead of Waseda's. Secondly, on the basis of 14 variables (ability of cognition, abnormality, consciousness of social, impulse, emotion, rigidity, depression, anxiety, fixation, introversion, extraversion, internal control, external control), we added some new variables such as thought process, somzatization, isolate of social, thinking work, vigilance, aggression, maturity. By the analysis of retest reliability, G.T. pattern, validity, we find the new GRIT for teenager has good reliability and validity. It can be applied by more testers.By analyzing results of GRIT for teenager, we preliminarily study the personality status of nowadays teenager. The different groups of teenager have different characters. Male and female differ with self-control, aggression, abnormality, fixation and thought process. The elder teens are different from younger teenrs in self-control, ability of cognition, internal control and introversion. Also the students in different school are difference in abnormality and thought process.
