The Validity Of The Rorschach Inkblot Test In The Psychology Health Assessment

After Rorschach inkblot test was published, It has been widely used in the study of the abnormal psychology and the personality of the normal people. it becomes one of the most popular psychological test in clinic. but it's reliability and validity are disputed. The reason is that there are five Rorschach systems which have different standard for administration and scoring, Exner concluded five systems and develop the comprehensive system which has formulated criterions to identify different kinds of psychopath and personality styles or traits.This paper is divided into the three parts.The first part concerns the development of the Rorschach test ,the nature of the test ,and its application in the clinic psychology health.The second part includes three experiments, they are the comparative study between the Rorschach test and 16PF, Stroop and RRS (Rorschach rating scale ).The third part is a brief summary of the paper .Plenty of the oversea study shows that Rorschach test can effectively identify Schizophrenia, Depression, Obssessive styles, ect. which proves its values in clinic field, but In china there has not been further research about the validity in psychology health in clinic field, and its application in this field.In this paper,16PF,Stroop and RRS are used as criterion, comparative research has been done between Rorschach and these tests the results shows that significant correlation can be seen between the variables and factors related to clinic diagnosis of psychology health This affirms the validity of the Rorschach test in clinic psychology health.
