Self Concept is the key component of individual personality structure. It is the conceptual awareness and self evaluation of individuals on their own physical, psychological and social attributes. High school students in the period of adolescence are at an important stage during the course of the gradual development and being finally mature of self-concept. The"mind of rebellion"and most of other psychological problems at this stage are related to the development of self-concept, which will affect the behavior, personal attributes, and mental health of these adolescents. Related studies at home and abroad have found out the general self-concept and each specific self-concept component of individuals are all closely correlated with their mental health. Generally speaking, individuals with positive self-concept will make more objective judgment about themselves and enthusiastically take their"self", which will have positive influence on individual's mental health.Self-concept is a complex psychological system and is also the important basis of personality structure.
