The Study Of College Students Entrepreneurial Motivation And The Factors Influencing Entrepreneurial Motivation In Guiyang

The aim of the study is to discuss college students'entrepreneurial motivation and the factors influencing entrepreneurial motivation in Guiyang.On the basis of recent research literature,the thesis analyzes the entrepreneurial motivation and factors influencing entrepreneurial motivation.There are two stages in this study .At the first stage,an interview and case study are conducted to analyze the relationship between entrepreneurial motivation and the influencing factors.In the second stage, college students'entrepreneurial motivation is surveyed through questionnaires. The conclusions indicated that:(1).There is a difference in three key dimensions of entrepreneurial motivation: achievement orientation, independence orientation, life orientation. Among them, the achievement orientation will be most important.(2).Entrepreneurial motivation is affected by characteristics and attributes of entrepreneurs . Among them, achievement need will be the most important factors and can predict entrepreneurial motivation .But the effect of characteristics of entrepreneurs will be stronger than entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial competency.(3).The various dimensions of entrepreneurial competency have different influence on the college students'entrepreneurial motivation and have remarkable impact on the achievement orientation,independence orientation, and predict the achievement orientation, independence orientation.(4).The various dimensions of entrepreneurial environment have different influence on the college students'entrepreneurial motivation,but not very noticeable.According to the result,from the angle of management psychology,the thesis puts forward some proposals and measures on how to inspire entrepreneurial motivation.
