Entrepreneurship is not only a powerful engine for promoting national economic development, but also a effective way to solve the employment of collage students and a useful means to realize students' own value. The existing researches mostly discuss problems on the influence of external environment factors on entrepreneurship, entrepreneurs' quality, opportunity identification and strategic planning during the entrepreneurship period from sociological macro perspective. Psychologists focus on how the personality traits of the entrepreneurs and the self-efficiency influence the entrepreneurial activity. People have physiological, achievements, respect, and self-actualization needs. These needs will transform into intrinsic motivation to stimulate individual to behavior and to help individual realize better performance. Some scholars have confirmed that entrepreneurial motivation has significant effect on entrepreneurial performance. However, it had shortcomings in the relation between entrepreneurial performance and the entrepreneur's own entrepreneurial motivation, personality traits, as well as support from family or friends from psychological perspective.Based on the literature, this paper reformulated the entrepreneurial motivation questionnaire created by Robichaud and other people by combining open-ended questionnaires and the results of unstructured interview. As a result, it comes to be a entrepreneurial motivation questionnaire which corresponds with the Chinese's entrepreneur. After that, this paper adopts questionnaire investigation to discuss the influence of the entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial performance. The independent and dependent variables are entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial performance. Intermediary variable is social boldness and regulating variable is social support.Several results were obtained as follows:(1) The revised Entrepreneurial Motivation Questionnaire consists of four dimensions:the pursuit of success, the guarantee of survival, independence, and the family in the future. The questionnaire and its sub-questionnaire have good reliability and variability, qualified as the tool of collage students' entrepreneurial motivation measurement.(2) The entrepreneurial motivation had a significant positive correlation with entrepreneurial performance, and positive predicted entrepreneurial performance significantly.(3) Social boldness partly plays an intermediary role between the pursuit of success, independence, family future and survival performance. It also partly play an intermediary role between family future and entrepreneurial performance.(4) The social support had certain moderating effect on the social boldness and entrepreneurial performance. The social support had certain moderating effect on the social boldness and survival performance.(5) The mediation process that the pursuit of success through the social boldness affecting entrepreneurial performance, whose the second half path was moderated by social support. The mediation process that the family in the future through the social boldness affecting entrepreneurial performance, whose the second half path was moderated by social support.Based on the results, this paper put forwards some suggestion about improving collage students' entrepreneurial performance in the area of social supporting system and the entrepreneurs themselves.
