The Scientific Developing View And All-Round Development Of Individuals

To promote people's all-round development is the communist society's ultimate objective and the basic principle, and it is also the socialism society essence requests. The Communist Party of China's 16th Session of Third Meeting proposed the"persist humanism, set up comprehensive,coordinated,the sustainable developing view", the developing view promotes economy and society and human to develop full scale; it is the scientific developmental strategy which instructs our country to develop in the new stage of new century, it can not only promote our country's economy and culture to develop, but also promote human to develop fully.This article has studied the scientific developing view essential connotation from three big aspects first, then studied the process of our country's scientific developing view formed. Persist the scientific developing view can realize all-round development of individuals finally, If we want to realize human's development full scale ,we have to persist the scientific developing view, in the new time of socialism construction, we have realized the two main bodies conjunction.In our country, the productive forces level is low and not balanced, there are many factors which do not favor human develop full scale, for example, the city and countryside'development disparity is big,the region development and the economy and society's development are not balanced, the human and nature'development is not harmonious, the domestic development and the opening to the outside world engagement are insufficient and so on, the existence of disadvantage factors, have restricted human's development full scale. The practice proved, only insisted the scientific development view can overcome these disadvantage factors, promote the human and society to develop harmoniously. Under the instruction of the scientific developing view, we must plan the city and countryside developing ,plan the regions developing,plan the economy and society developing overall,and plan the human and the nature developing harmoniously,plan our domestic and the opening to the outside world developing coincidence, then achieve the economy and society to develop balanced, and finally promote human to develop full scale. Obviously, persisting the scientific developing view is the best choice to promote human's development full scale, the five overall plans are the concrete actions to promote human's developing full scale.
