Exemplified by Anhui , this paper conducts a contrastive study on the Anti-Japanese War of communist Party and Kuomintang. It mainly explores the following four issues. Firstly is a comparison on the route of Anti-Japanese War between the two parties. Kuomintang carried out a negative route against Japanese, which only depended on formal armies and feared to encourage the public to resist the invaders. They were scared of the expansion of people's army and fabricated conflicts with Communist Party. In contrast, the Communist Party sticked to an all-out route. After entered Anhui, the New Forth Army grew rapidly in the process of Anti-Japanese and Anti-Conflict and always put the nation's survival and people's interests on the first place. The scond is a country total guerrilla war strategic comparison of two battlefield of parties at Anhui, put forth effort to analyze the development, similarities and differences of bushfighting strategies between Communist Party and Kuomintang during different phases of the Anti-Japanese War. The third is a country total logistic work of two battlefield of parties at Anhui of comparison, including the differences and similarities on organization and regulation and specific content of the logistics work as well as the source of soldiers and supply of the two parties. The fourth, it compares the effects of Anti-Japanese between the two parties. From fight the invading army to break out to fight the invading army victory, the area of reoccupied land and the quantity of Japanese armies resisted by Kuomintang armies are far more less than that of the New Forth Army.In general, for the difference of basic interests between the two parties, it will naturally come the differences on their route, strategy and standpoint during the Anti-Japanese War, which determines the complete opposite results.
