This paper does the research from the angle of the relations between the acquisition of Chinese and Chinese culture, from the angle of the relations between the European and American students' cross-culture communication with Chinese and Chinese culture. It is not only the theoretical explortation, but also the try-out of the teaching methodology. This article is a creation on related theory taking the congnitive linguistics as the guide, combined with theories of the cross-culture communication study, culture and linguistics, culture and pragmatics,etc.The main Confucian value, the deep-level Chinese culture, is one of the difficulties European and American students would meet, when they learn Chinese and acquire the knowledge of Chinese culture. This paper analyzes the values' meaning in the Confucian classics, and researches on the values' influences on Chinese. Then it analyzes the Confucian values that the students must grasp, with the theories of schemata and cross-culture comparison. It reveals some drawbacks of main Confucian values' layout as an element of language in the programme of the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language. And it puts forword some proposals for the programme's layout. Also with the teaching book The Intensive reading book of intermediate Level Chinese, it treats the question how to help the foreign students construct main Confucian value schemata in the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language. At last it ends at the analysis of the study's prospect of deep-level culture schemata's construction.
