| As leader of the Sixth Generation of Directors, Jia Zhangke takes special location and highlights among others. This article interprets the unique film aesthetic and rich aesthetic significance of Jia Zhangke movies from aesthetic angle, by analyzing the prototype of motif, unscrambling of vision diagram and deconstructing of movie symbols of Jia Zhangke's five art films, such as"Xiao Wu","Platform","Unknown Pleasure","The World","Still Life", and brings these products into visual field of generation groups comparatively and macroscopically.This article has three chapters. Chapter 1 researches the motif of Jia's films basing on prototype theory, digs the sincerity and humanitarian behind the rural living and attached dignity showing in Jia's films through memory of hometown, dignity of lives and worrying emotion. Chapter 2 unscrambles the vision diagram from experience of spiritual record, absent metaphor, thereby reveals that Jia's films don't only with documentary value, but also offer a different visual angle for observing times and society by recording psychic world of shadowed groups. Chapter 3 uses semeiology theory to research unique aesthetic symbols, furthermore, it unscramble the modal significance and signifiable modality in thinking and mental structure of Jia Zhangke movies. This article tidies up Jia Zhangke's hard exploring for films, and reflects the new aesthetic trend, new expectation and new spirit of Chinese contemporary art film. |
