In the history of philosophy, human being has always been "the mystery of Sphinx" explored by philosophy. The seemingly simple problem still troubles the countless "Philosopher's thinking" and hasn't not the final answer. Feuerbach is the great scholars who studies human science conscientiously in the history of modern western philosophy, he is the model in the integration about humanism and materialism. Feuerbach believes the strength of humanity and promotes human being is one central theme on the study of philosophy, which has the epoch-making significance in the history of philosophy. Feuerbach's cognition on the human essence is the highest achievements pre-Marxist philosophy. Marx's concept about" human nature" achieves theoretical transcendence through the abandoning to Feuerbach's humanism. Therefore, we explore the methodology built by Marxist concept of human essence, then reflect the difference and its root causes the two human essence concepts. It is undoubtedly of great theoretical and practical significance to hold and develop Marxism concept on human essence .the concept is that the human essence is generated by human practice. This paper is divided into three parts:Part I: examines the status quo and the problem on Feuerbach and Marx's concept of human essence. By studying the status quo and the anglicizing the problems, prominent the topics significance and value.Part II: the comparison between Feuerbach and Marx's concept of human essence. From the theoretical level, theoretical perspectives and theoretical characteristics and theoretical point of departure, destination and goal as well as the root causes, we make a comparison between Feuerbach's humanism and Marx's practice concept of human essence, then reveal their difference and underlying causes.Part III: the enlightenment through the comparative study on Feuerbach and Marx's concept of human essence. From the theory meaning and the contemporary sense explore the enlightenment of comparative study on Feuerbach and Marx 's concept of human essence, highlight the topic's contemporary values.
