The Study About Ruanpu's Research Method And Contribution On History Of Chinese Fine Art

This thesis discuss about an Individual case of Mr Ruanpu's research approach on the field of history of art. His ideological system, his contribution to fine art, especially his rigorous scholaship,enlighten theorists with new rearch method and attitude.Ruanpu's research work focus on the history of Chinese art and the theory of Chinese painting. The academic circle sings high praise for his textual research as "differentiate and analyze". His research work was more and more valued after the reform and opening up and he was regarded as a pioneer of .Ruanpu and Wangxun were considered as two greatest theorists in china nowadays whose influence respectively spread on southern china and northern china. Ruanpu's unique mode of thinking set a good example for all theorists.This thesis consists of four parts. The first chapter introduce Ruanpu himself and his study, including his viewpoint of history of art. The second chapter talk about the background of Ruanpu ideology, try to analyzes his system through historiography, Critical Interpretation of Ancient Texts and textology. The third chapter try to point out the core and best feature of his ideology base on the analysis of his book; the four part discuss about how to use Ruanpu's ideology to solve the difficulties which theorists confront with nowadays.
