Developed from a small and weak to a large and powerful scale, the secondary vocational education (SVE) in China has achieved an outstanding progress since its opening policy to the outside world. However, after 20 years brilliant developing path, the music education branch out of it has historically dropt the lowest point due to its own reasons, and its situation seems to be serious. Being the most important subject, the piano education has been effected on seriously, taking a mixed state in teaching and backward trends in educational reform on look.As a matter of fact, because of its key function in the fields of the Musical profession and education, the related-crossing position in the secondary vocational education system and a unique position guiding on both the further education and career, to be exact, the Piano education should have been put eyes on and been excellence. First of all, piano is the widely used musical instrument in the universal musical education because of its features, and by learning the skills, piano learners can build a steady basement on studying the other kind of art skills, such as: dancing or acting in movies, so the result is that the quality of piano teaching not only concerns about the fields of music but the whole arts skills. Secondly, the main task of the 11th-five-year Plan of the State Post-educational Project is to improve the teaching quality, alternatively speaking, improving on the piano teaching in the secondary vocational education aims to solve the problems from its roots. Thirdly, the two-mediated relationship in the SVE either offers the musical talents demanded from the society or satisfies the students desire to receive a higher education at the situation of popular high-education and the high education trends in vocational education. From above, the research to the SVE is an important and realistic topic, it's either suitable to the demands of the social development, the musical subject construction, exist and development of a school or the education to the crowds.At present, there are lots of researches to the SVE and the piano teaching and also achieved much, but less the researches concerned to the musical subjects in SVE, and almost empty in the research of piano teaching in the same system. Facing the opportunities and challenges, it is a problem to be solved on how to make conclusions based on the experiences and make it suitable to the demands of nowadays, how to follow the developing rules of students in the SVE and the rules of piano teaching, how to improve the piano teaching methods in order to make it more scientific and efficient. The thesis aims to resituates the piano teaching goal in SVE, by using the methods of researching the documentaries, observations, surveys on questionnaires and visiting and the method of testing, it will begin at the analysis to the students' major, education and thinking quality, try to find out kinds of problems and rules in teaching circumstances in SVE, give suggestions to the contents, methods, forms, lessons & progress and evaluations in piano teaching guided by the view of modern educations to make it as more possible as scientific, norm, efficient and suitable to the talents demands from our society, and also suitable to the situation of people's sustainable development, thus I can get the opportunity to give my contributions to the piano teaching in the SVE.
