Historical Investigation And Apocalypse About Construction Of Administrative Organization In Revolutionary Bases In The Period Of The Agrarian Revolutionary War

Administrative organization system is an important part of the political superstructure which is established on the economic base. It must meet the needs of social, economic and cultural development, and the constant innovation of the entire political superstructure changes .The comprehensive and profound summation and reflection towards its historical experience and lessons is an important precondition for the reform and innovation of administrative organization system. Therefore, the research for the establishment and adjustment of the administrative organization during the period of the Agrarian revolutionary war is of great theoretical and practical significance. This paper adheres to the Marxist-Leninist doctrine and political theory as a guide, integrating many comprehensive academic research methods. It carries out a more systematic as well as deep research towards the setting and function of the administrative organization under the leadership of the Communist Party of China during the period of the Agrarian revolutionary war and puts forward some new ideas.This paper is divided into five chapters. Chapter 1 introduces the major ideas and practical value of this study, it reviews and assesses the status of research in this field. On this basis the paper describes the basic framework and major research methods.Chapter 2 sets forth the background as well as the nature of the industrial and agricultural democratic regime during the period of the Agrarian revolutionary war. It Analyses its the status and role, thus summarizes the function and character of administrative organizations under the Soviet regime.Chapter 3 outlines and analyses the provision and operation of the central administration and local administrative bodies in the central revolutionary base, thus it sketches actual operation of the central revolutionary base as the locus of the central Soviet government.Chapter 4 describes the setting and function of the administrative organizations on the direct jurisdiction of the central Soviet government, at the same time it sets forth the other ones beyond the domination of the temporary central government. Through the research of these organizations it wants to outline the overall situation of the administrative organizations under the Soviet regime.Chapter 5 investigates the basic experience of the building of administrative organizations during the period of the Agrarian revolutionary war. Meanwhile, through the summarizing of the experience we can sum up what history has given us .We hope this will provide useful lessons for the present reform of China's socialism system.
