This article studies Taizhou dialect ,the mother longue of the writer by attaching importance to the three sub-systems___the aspect of verbs ,comparative sentences and interrogative sentences .The thesis includes the following five parts:Part 1 Introduction. This part explains the geography and history of Taizhou,the current state of the study of Taizhou dialect ,the structure of the thesis and the purpose of the study.Part 2 the aspect of verbs in Taizhou dialect.The Taizhou dialect has seven aspects ,including the ingressive aspect,the successive aspect,the progressive aspect,the experience aspect, the perfective aspect, the attempt aspectand the iterative aspect.Compared with Mandarin and Yangzhou dialect,the aspect system of Taizhou dialect is richer and has more distinct local characterics.Part 3 Comparative sentences in Taizhou dialect.This part dividesthe comparative sentences in Taizhou dialect into four categories __equal sentence,diffence sentence,greatest sentence and gradual sentence, according to the general categries of comparative sentences in the academic circle in grammar. It studies the formation of difference kinds of comparative sentences and lays emphasis on the diachronic and synchronic perspective study of"A+W+ä¼¼+B".Part 4 the interrogative sentences in Taizhou dialect.This part divides the interrogative sentences in Taizhou dialect into four categories__Question of specific reference,Yes-or-No question, Qepeated questionand Alternative question based on the senten structures,scope of questions ,focusand the answers demanded and the answers given. The interrogative sentences in Taizhou dialect is studied by comparative method.Part 5 Summary.This part summarie the whole thesis .It states the summsry of the whole thesis and the goal of the author'sfuture efforts.
