Discusses The Chinese Communist Party In The South Hebei Anti-Japanese Base Area Governing Practice And Experience

Content:The South Hebei anti-Japanese base plays a significant role in enemy's rear area of North China. Therefore, the development of guerrilla warfare and establishment of the South Hebei anti-Japanese base can be regarded as an important strategic decision of the CPC headquarters. The 129division of 8th army group strictly implemented the CPC headquarters'and Chairman Mao's strategy of marching eastward and sent corps to South Hebei in stages. In the meanwhile, they called up mass people to join in the anti-Japanese war by guerrilla warfare in order to found the base. Since then the people in South Hebei province under the guidance of the CPC, dedicated themselves to gain victory from Japanese and extremely weakened the strength of forgery Japanese corps and contributed a great deal to the victory against Japanese. This paper discusses the establishment of South Hebei base and the construction of anti-Japanese democratic regime in every section.
