The thesis elaborately expound the mechanism of honest politics of the Ming Dynasty, the primary features of it were: integrated management of appearance and root. From the beginning of the introduction, the theses fall into eight parts:Introduction: briefly introduce the predecessors' achievement in scientific research, the origin of selecting subject as well as its significance. Moreover, narrate the developing process together with outstanding features of the construction of the honest politics in ancient China before the Ming Dynasty .On the basis of profound details, the mechanism of honest politics of the Ming Dynasty gradually matured and improved.First: Restriction and mechanism. The Ming Dynasty mainly restricted authority from three aspects: laws statutes, local rules and regulations and a division of power, local rules and regulations was one distinctive feature of restriction mechanism in the Ming Dynasty.Second: Preventive mechanism: The Ming Dynasty not only attached importance on the selection and appointment of government officials, but also engaged in the system of evasion, preventing interference from various relationships.Third: Supervising mechanism: The authority with is not supervised is perilous. The Ming Dynasty improved inspecting system and intensified supervising institution. Three supervising institutions were independent and supervised each others; moreover, The Ming dynasty was initiative in mobilizing the masses to supervise government a officials. The supervision of the Ming Dynasty realized combination top—down and down—top. Fourth: cultivation mechanism. The construction of honest politics needs one kind of support. Cultivation was stable and effective support of the constriction of the honest politics. There were various ways of cultivation in the Ming Dynasty such as: maxim for government official encouraging honesty, orders issued by an Emperor admonishing honesty, historical records passing honesty on to later generations, Confucian scriptures teaching honesty, education fostering honesty.Fifth: security mechanism. The first thing to do was to gave government officials salary and privilege, which mainly included bestowing money of "nourishing honest", materials and land; relieving favorably taxes and corves and give special treatment to officials who had resigned from his post.Sixth: inspiring mechanism: In the centre of assessment of government officials, conducting rewards and punishment clearly, promotion bestowment and imperial mandate as exhibiting benevolent proclamation.Seventh: punishment mechanism. This was the core of the mechanism of honest politics. The law of the Ming dynasty was strict and impartial, strengthened the construction of "the Three supervising Institutions" namely: Xingbu(刑部), Duchayuan (都察院), Dalisi (大理寺) , aiming to make them take responsibility of fighting corruption ,punishing corruption severely and impartially.Eight: conclusion.
