With the development of society, modern life changed a lot. Pupils suffer more and more emotional problems. Farmer-workers'children are a special group who stay in the key term of education and growth. If they can receive healthy and round development mentally and physically, they will be useful constructors to our society. Otherwise, they have the possibility to be disadvantageous factors to our society. Farmer-worker parents come from undeveloped, inland and faraway countryside. They have low cultural level and do low-level jobs. At the same time, these parents suffer unemployment at times. Poor family economic conditions and heavy mental stress make farmer-workers'children suffer emotional problems easily. Under the condition of market economy, the whole family immigration into coastal cities as a special phenomenon becomes more and more popular. The educational and developmental problems of farmer-workers'children also become more serious. The objects of this theme were pupils from Grade 3 to Grade 5 who are learning in farmer-workers'children schools or local primary schools. The tool of the theme which was used to make a survey on pupils'emotional conditions was Pupils'Negative Emotion Questionnaires made by the author. After the survey, I chose an experimental class and did a serious of emotional training to them. The forms of training mainly focused on group psychological activities. At the end of the training, I tested the emotional conditions of the experimental class and compared the results with the preceding ones. I found that the emotional conditions of the experimental class improved greatly. The research proves following conclusions:(1) The emotional developmental conditions of most pupils are good, but some of them have negative emotion.(2) The negative emotion of pupils focus on hostility, loneliness and self-abased.(3) Boy pupils have higher scores on hostility, loneliness, self-abased and depression, which shows they have more serious emotional problems than girl pupils.(4) Farmer-workers'children have great difference in anxiety, loneliness and hostility with local pupils. They have more serious emotional problems.(5) Pupils who are learning in farmer-workers'children schools have great difference in anxiety, loneliness and hostility with local pupils. They have more serious emotional problems.(6) Research made on pupils from Grade 3 to Grade 5 shows that they have difference on loneliness and self-abased; pupils from Grade 3 have the highest scores on loneliness; pupils from Grade 5 have the highest scores on self-abased.(7) Farmer-workers'children in single-child families have no difference with those in non single-child families in emotional problems.(8) Farmer-workers'children who live with both parents have no difference with those only live with father or mother in emotional problems.
