The Research On The Relationship Between New Generation Of Migrant Farmer Workers Self-esteem And Emotion Regulation And The Intervention Of Self-efficacy

The regulatory emotional self efficacy illustrates a level of confidence onindividual can effectively adjust its emotional state. It is an ability to manage theirown individual sense of emotional state. While self esteem is an important part in theprocess of the self development of individual personality. In the previous study, forthe study of individual emotion regulation self-efficacy and self-esteem is not in theminority, but most focused on college students, college students and others, but thestudy on the new generation migrant workers which are increasingly large groups islimited. The study, has played a very important role in the mastering the newgeneration of migrant workers in China at the present stage of emotional truthregulatory self-efficacy and self-esteem, and to further expand the emotion regulationself-efficacy and self-esteem in different subject research group, but also the newgeneration migrant workers adjust their emotional experience in the correct guidanceThis study tried to through a combination of questionnaires and random blockexperiment design, revealing the relationship between the new generation of migrantworkers self-esteem and emotional regulation between self-efficacy and interventionstudy. The research is composed of the following three parts.Research One: Randomly selected215Cenozoic migrant workers in XinxiangCity, Henan province Bailu chemical fiber group, Xinxiang department store,Xinxiang Zitaiyipin three units. They were conducted a questionnaire survey,discussing the present situation of the new generation of migrant workers emotionregulation self-efficacy and self-esteem, and the causes of this situation are discussed.Research Two: On the basis of Research One, the correlation analysis of the newgeneration of migrant workers emotion regulation relationships between self-efficacyand self-esteem.Research Three；Design the training scheme movements of experience based,and random design experimental research experience is able to enhance regulatoryself-efficacy with emotional changes, and through the regulatory emotional selfefficacy to further to discuss the effects of self-esteem. Study setting an experimentalgroup and a control group, the experimental group for four weeks of mindfulness training, while the control group did not receive any treatment.The research results show:(1) The new generation of migrant workers emotion regulation self-efficacy andself-esteem is low, and the difference in gender, educational level, industry is notsignificant.(2) The new generation of migrant workers emotion regulation self-efficacy andself-esteem was significantly related.(3) Experience training has a positive effect on the new generation of migrantworkers emotion regulation self-efficacy promotion, And influenced by emotionregulation self-efficacy promotion, the self-esteem level has been improvedsignificantly.
