The Use Of Traditional Arts And Crafts In Modern Interior Decorative Design

There are many kinds of styles and types in modern interior decorative design. Recently, the decorative design with Chinese national characters attracts more and more public attention. This sort of decorative design borrows a lot of expressive ways from Chinese traditional arts and crafts. It has a far-reaching significance in enriching the interior decorative modality and developing and carrying forward Chinese traditional culture and art. Through the analysis of the characteristics of both the traditional arts and crafts and the modern interior decorative design, using the method of example analysis, this thesis explains the principles, the methods, the value and significance of the usage of the traditional arts and crafts in the modern interior decorative design.
