Philippines became the colony of America after the Spanish-American War in 1898,then it got independence in 1946,but the America and Philippines have been keeping a special relationship in the field of politics,economy and military affairs.This paper mainly discusses the evolution of U.S.policy towards Philippines during the time of Truman and Eisenhower Administration.The document ofNSC84/2 established policy of Truman Administration towards Philippines.And the document of NSC5413/1,NSC5813/1,NSC6107 became policy of Eisenhower Administration towards Philippines.From the main aim point,U.S.policy towards Philippines had been keeping steadily within the time of Truman and Eisenhower Administration, and became different because of the change of the situation of Asia and Philippines.The policy of Truman and Eisenhower Administration towards Philippines had a huge impact on politics, economy of Philippines.
