With the developing of social market economy,advertisement has been applying in many fields from a country to a needle.Because of its special characteristics,more and more linguists have paid attention to it.As a kind of advertisement,real estate advertisement has a high penetration rate.Its development has special function and effects on both real estate and social development.So,we can bring it into the field of sociolinguistics.At present the paper which can research from the linguistics angle is much few.This thesis mainly researches and analyzes the real estate advertising slogans and phrases by sociolinguistics.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the type,vocabulary,sentence category and the pragmatic principles of the advertising slogans and phrases.Secondly,we mainly analyze the relations between the advertising slogans and phrases and the social factors such as the politics,the economy,psychology and the culture.Finally,be aimed at the language material which can be collected,we mainly talk about the phenomenons and the reasons according to the problems which exist in the real estate advertising slogans and phrases,and then give some suggestions according to the problems.The author hope that through analyzing the advertising slogans and phrases and their relations it can offer some values to sociolinguistics,sociology,culturology and socialpsychology. |
