The emergence and development of graphics has a long history, and in each field of widely used, Because of the characteristics of graphic’s creative design recognition properties and propagation, Graphics are widely used in the real estate print ads also in China, it plays effective role in communicating the real estate goods’characteristics, spreading real estate projects of culture and information. Real estate plane advertising is in its own development and application, and in a higher stage of figure to make full application, creation and bring into play, forming the current accord with China’s real estate market’s culture, connotation and the strong transmission of the real estate advertisement culture, also produced a number of famous real estate advertisement companies and individual designers.Now society has into the information age, the graphics on behalf of a special kind of visual language to its special way to deliver a message, and to direct, vivid, fast and crossed the propagation characteristics of language barriers, got more attention and application in real estate’s plane designs, it even beyond the voice and the spread of language capability, making use of the graphics in visual attraction, triggering the consumers’ psychology reaction, and then leading consumers’buying behaviors to realize the market promotion and marketing exclusive purpose. This essay with definite expounding the real estate plane advertisings’ graphic elements play sorts, follow principles, form of expression and several aspects, then explain the graphics in the real estate’s plane advertisement position, effect and importance, the purpose is discussed and summarized in the real estate print ads how to better use the graphics, design the representative enterprise culture, and a strong visual impact on the real estate plane advertisings, and then in a very short time can cause the attention of consumers, and accurately communicate commodity informations, finally to achieve promotion and sales utility.Through the analysis of the graphics’ application main types and the performance characteristic in the real estate print ads, to summarizes and explore a suitable graphics’creative method and trend of development of the real estate plane advertisements. In the first chapter of this paper is to comprehensively introduction the print ads graphic language concepts and applications of; In the second chapter, to analysis the graphic language position, and function of the real estate plane advertisings; In the third one is to summarized and expand analysis the graphic classification and application characteristics of the real estate print ads; In the fourth chapter, combining the current China’s real estate plane advertisement examples, and according to the product shapes on the real estate classification plane advertising to make a classify and develop analysis, the second is to analyze and summarize of the regional real estate advertisements, the Chapter five is to carry on research the real estate in print ads graphic language application and use, according to the real estate plane advertising application characteristics and trends to separate discuss and expound the graphics language use of personal points of view.
