Being set in that the nation takes creative industry as important strategy and catching the chance of quality education, the research project takes high school students and schoolchildren who are the basic creative talented persons as research objects, and takes the innovation of high school students and schoolchildren oriented design art education as research content. Through the research, analysis contrast and summary of the current situation and history of high school students and schoolchildren oriented design art education, the research project tries to complete the system of high school students and schoolchildren oriented design art education, and provide available theoretical guide and practical reference to how to change the situation that currently the compulsory education has relatively weak design art education as quickly as possible.This text is composed of six chapters: Chapter 1 is the outline, mainly expounding the research project's background, purpose, significance and methods of the research, and explaining the necessity to start high school students and schoolchildren oriented design education; Chapter 2 is the research of development of high school students and schoolchildren oriented design education in our country, mainly on the history of development of high school students and schoolchildren oriented design education in our country, and the evolvement of outline and contents of high school students and schoolchildren oriented design in The People's Republic of China; Chapter 3 is the research of current situation of high school students and schoolchildren oriented design art education, inquiring the existing problems and solutions of the contents of high school students and schoolchildren oriented design art education, through questionnaire survey towards high school students, schoolchildren and their schoolmasters; Chapter 4 is the investigation of textbook contents of high school students and schoolchildren oriented art, and raising the proposals to complete the textbook of high school students and schoolchildren oriented art, based on the contrast of textbook contents of Zhejiang Art Edition and People's Art Edition, and making contributions to the research of innovation in high school students and schoolchildren oriented art; Chapter 5 provides methods to this research, through contrasting the native and the foreign situation of high school students and schoolchildren oriented art; Chapter 6 raises systemic project service of innovation in high school students and schoolchildren oriented art education, through the innovative and exploring research of teaching ideas, teaching modes, course arrangement, teacher training and teaching evaluation.
