A Study On The Application Of Folk Arts Of North Fujian Province In Modern Art Design

In the new century,with the fast development of economy,our country has put larger investments in the traditional culture for its revitalization and development.The traditional culture has attracted many researchers to study.Folk arts are the important components in the traditional culture.In our country,many places which possess profound folk arts with a long history are underdeveloped regions.In these areas,There are some problems in the protection of the folk arts and how should the folk arts be protected and developed.Taking north Fujian Province as an example,through visiting survey,the present study demonstrates the representative folk arts in this area after the author's sorting and analyzing them.Combining the market situation in North Fujian Provience,the study also explores the ways and tendency of applying the local folk arts in the modern art design based on the results of previous relevant researches in our country.
