The Investigating Of Psychological Health And Answering Method Of Medical Postgraduate Students

Objective: To explore coping ways and mental health state of the Medical Postgraduates and the relationship among them. Method: By Stratified cluster sampling,using the SCL-90 and the coping-ways-scale to assess the 441 Master′s Postgraduates of graduate school in xinjiang Medical University .Resuit:①In addition to the Psychotic factor, other factors values lower than the national norm, P<0.05.②T he factors in SCL-90 the scores of somatization, interpersonal relation and depression were significant higher in male students group than female, but the scores of obsessive were significant lower in male group. P<0.05 The boy students got significant higher scores in the item of resolve problem of the coping-ways-scale than girls, but the scores of ask for help, fantasy were significant lower in boy group than girls.③Unmarried graduate students in the two factor of Self-blame and help is obviously higher than those married students, P<0.05.④In Various factors of SCL-90, the scores of first-year- graduates group were higher than both the second and the third-year- graduates but except the depression, however, the factor of depression is lower than other two groups, P<0.01. The scores of the Solution and fantasy is higher in first-year- graduates group than other both grades in the coping-ways-scale, however, the factor of Self-blame in second-year-graduates is higher then other two groups, P<0.01.⑤. The psychological health condition is Closely correlated to coping ways P<0.01.Conclusion:1, The psychological health condition of medical postgraduates is better than the national average.2. The psychological health level of female postgraduates had a little priority to male postgraduates,the third-year graduate students's mental health is better, the first-year's is poor.3.Male postgraduates always used vigorous answering methods even more than female postgraduates, Married graduate students in solving problems would like to used vigorous Coping methods then unmarried. first year postgraduates would like to used vigorous answering methods even more than second and third year postgraduates.4, The psychological health condition is correlated to coping ways . 5. The influence of mental health factors is coping ways and Self-blame and fantasy as well as grade.
