With the calling for educational diversification and individualization, the curriculum reform has established a new management pattern. China is vigorously promote quality education and its development proposed teachers' higher quality. Higher Normal College as the growth cradle of Primary and Middle School Teachers, ability development of the normal students have also been a lot of attention. Normal students' professional development is not only the growth of education-theory knowledge, but also it is more important to combinate of education-theory knowledge and teaching practice and internalize the personal practical knowledge. Therefore, this thesis explores the abilities training issue of the normal students in the Micro-teaching study. And it emphasizes that the Characteristics and professional of Higher Normal College . And it is beneficial to improve the quality of the Normal Students.In the paper, based on the theory of micro-teaching and the development of health,quality and ability of the Normal Students, on the entering point of micro-teaching, we perform a case study on the ability and development of Higher Normal College one of Chongqing by using of observation, analysis and another methods.In the first, from the literature, we induction and conclusion the characteristics of micro-teaching, which can close contact with practice, feedback information timely and full, watch the evaluation of diversification, mobilize the initiative of normal students, target focus, operational, reduce the Psychological Pressure, cultivate innovative thinking, and effective multi-role conversion. Second, the music has the particularity of abstract and disappear, which brings difficulties for normal students to learn, understand and master the skills. But for music skills training, micro-teaching is feasible for the music education of Higher Normal College. Third, for different forms and methods of applying the micro-teaching in the different class, we contrust a set of a reasonable Micro-teaching model and implementation steps to strengthen the music students on teaching skills, teachers' professional skills, act skill in dance teaching. These are a solid foundation for the normal students become a qualified and outstanding music educators in the future jobs.To step with the times, deepening theory and practice of the music micro-teaching, music education profession should not only creat the appropriate courses, such as " Music micro-teaching," "Application technology of modern music teaching ," but also strengthen the development of new micro-music education software and put forward to the direction of integration development of Micro-teaching in the music teaching and network. It is worth emphasizing that the teaching of digital music network - sharing the teaching network makes thousands of people can feel professors as in the true charisma of musicians, which let music education become better.
