Ruanji, a famous philosopher who lives in Weijin dynasty. He is the main leader of "Zhu lin Qi Xian" (seven famous philosophers lived in Weijin dynasty). Ideal personality item is the main project of Chinese ancient philosophy. To design the ideal personality and practice it is the problem which the Chinese ancient philosophers explore it all the time including Ruanji. He learns Confucianism when he was a child. So his early ideal personality was deeply influenced by Confucianism. He dreamed to have a great achievement. But later because of complex political environment he turned to Taoism and established "great man" ideal personality.The complex political environment of Weijin Dynasty make a acute contract when he practice his ideal personality. Except this, the contract between Confucianism and Taoism cause Ruanji's reality personality shows the complicated contract. He break the tradition, the uninhibited words and action leave big effect for the later generation.This article based on the developing track, shows the progress form Confucianism turns to the Taoism. Analyze his "Great man" ideal personality in detail. Open out his ideal personality thoughts contract's form reason and behaving character. At last, this article sum up his ideal personality thoughts, the effect in his generation and the influence of the later generation.
