Qing Dynasty entered the Central Plains, Annan Li's regime based on the historical and practical considerations. Through a joint resistance Qing Ming Ming and the Qing dynasty to abandon the process , eventually established a suzerain-vassal relationship .After Xishan regime, Ruanshi regime twice regime change, China and Vietnam relations were facing difficulties. In this paper, through Diplomats from the Qing dynasty and the Vietnamese Study,I found that the suzerain-vassal relationship between the two countries, in the form rather than substance, between the two countries " Alienation " increasingly clear, even after the Jiaqing, suzerain-vassal relationship in the form of, such as the shane,the grave, the celebration and so on,had refused to be subjected. Caused such a situation, the reasons was complex, such as the Qing Dynasty in the cultural differences in mentality, the decline of the Qing Dynasty, Vietnamese political decline and the impact of the French colonialists, and so on. Therefore, research exchanges between diplomats of the Qing Dynasty and Vietnam, better able to grasp the development of relations between the Qing Dynasty and Vietnam. The pulse of the suzerain-vassal relations in the understanding of the true situation is of great significance.
