In this dissertation, there are two main trains of thought: Firstly, design needs a constantly creative way of thinking and contains logic and intuition, therefore Signs System Design, the seemly rational proposition, also requires soul and personality. Since Technology, Art, and Design is unity, high-tech will become the essential innovative means in Signs System Design. This dissertation analyzed the praxis of Signs System Design, and the principle of Signs System Design relying on Mass Communication, Semasiology, and visual theory, summarized the domestic and abroad states.
