The Element Analysis Of Product System Design

Many problems in Modern design can be solved with system theory. Such as the classification, collection and arrangement of information, the process scheme of design and the analysis to the system of "human- machine - environment" and so on. At present, there are many studies on the analysis of single factor in the system, such as the color, material, mechanical structure and semantic modeling, human factors. But it is less in systemic analysis with all of factors in product system design and their relationship. So I want to make some my own analysises to the factors of system design of product and regard it as the starting point.Utilizing the ways of thinking and research in other areas to research the system elements of product design in the perspective of system theory, and make some conclusions. According to the analysis on object-oriented and process-oriented, explicit and implicit, static and dynamic aspects, we could understand the change of product, the change of matter, the change of emotion, the change of method and their relationship.The industry design is adjusting the specific and whole unreasonable factors form the system of production and life style, in order to form a kind of new coordination. This paper tries best to make design progress more fluent by analyzing the elements of product system design, make designers clearer to design system and let them make full advantage of every feature of the elements.These accomplishments are as following:(1).From the angle of product system design, summarizes the main features of system element. So we can lay a good foundation for us to understand the change of product, the change of matter, the change of emotion, the change of method and their relationship.(2). Using some structure charts to explain the product elements of the system design, as well as the principle of the element analysis and quoted a large number of illustrations to illustrate the importance of the elements of the building.(3).
