A Research On Justice Of Industry

At present, our country is at the crucial period of society transformation and system transformation, industries are flourishing, the competition between industries is getting more and more fierce, at the same time unfairness among Industries is increasingly obvious. Healthy survival and sustainable development of Industries are affected gravely by large amount of irregular and unstandardized factors such as the unbalanced benefit among industries, incredibility of economy, monopolization of industries. The objective situation of the contemporary industries raises urgent requirements on justices of Industries.This papers guided by The Outlook of the economic justice of Max, expounds the connotation and value of the justice among Industries, put ups the main principles of justice among Industries, expounds its concrete contents, analyses the present problems and its reasons and explores its practical ways to implement it. The paper is divided into four chapters:Chapters 1, the paper clarifies the connotation,value and main content of the justice among Industries. Firstly, discuss the connotation related to the justice among Industries including justice,the economic justice,industry,the connotation of the justice; Secondly, expound the main contents and principles including freeness principle, equality principle, efficiency principle; Lastly, expound the main content of the justice among industries including start justice , process justice and result justice .Chapters 2, the author analyses the problems and reasons of the justice among industries. Firstly, analyze the problems of justice, which not only lie in itself but also come from the process (generally called the problems of justice among industries in this paper) mainly including start justice,process justice and result justice. Secondly, make a thorough analyses on factors affecting the justice among industries including history factor,system factor and ethics factor.Chapters3, this paper explores the value of the justice among industries and practical ways of realizing the justice.
