Since reform and opening up, China Looking at the development of higher education, ideas and concepts in education, teaching mode and means of such areas have taken place in major changes. Culture"of high-quality, innovative talent"has become the goal of higher education. College of Music in the field of education are also important."Higher Education Act"that:"the task of colleges and universities is to develop innovative spirit and practical ability of high-level talent."More than 20 years, the state issued many arts education in the ministry document, most recently in The Ministry of Education in 2006 promulgated the"National Universities public art courses mentoring programme", in essence,"the school of arts education to quality education to the full implementation of the objectives, focus on cultivating innovative spirit and practical ability."Arts education in the training process innovation capability, non-intellectual factors are extremely important. Non-intelligence factors are those not directly involved in the process of awareness, but awareness of the constraints play a direct role in the process of psychological qualities, including: motivation, interests, feelings, will, character, and so on. As the saying goes; EQ than IQ,"EQ"refers to non-intelligence factors. People in the intelligence activities to deal with many things instead of"will"do, but"not willing"to do,"non-can not and is not also", which"not willing"refers to the non-intellectual factors. Non-intellectual factors is not only the study of theory and practice of using the bridge, and non-intellectual factors in motivation, interest factors is the precursor of innovation.Music teaching is the University of non-professional musicians of the main classes of elective larger proportion of public music. The author believes that the teaching of music appreciation through the optimization of the students of non-intellectual factors, can meet the state of the art education and training students innovative spirit and practical ability requirements.
