On the basis of literature review, open questionnaire and interview, this article raises a theoretical concept of secondary vocational school students' social trust and makes a questionnaire on that.Together with youngster's self-worth scale,I've carried out a survey in several secondary vocational schools and collected 543 effective questionnaires. The research findings are as follows:(1) The questionnaire on secondary vocational school students' social trust has good reliability and validity and is qualified to measure the features of secondary vocational school students' social trust. The secondary vocational school students' social trust consists of four dimensions:the integrity of trust, academic trust, interpersonal trust and trust in social institutions. The practical model,on the whole, matches the theoretical model.(2) The changing tendency of vocational school students of different ages in these dimensions is almost in accordance with that of overall social trust. There is remarkable difference between different ages and dimensions.(3) Female students get higher scores in integrity of trust than male students, yet with no obvious difference. There is no gender difference in each dimension:female students score equally as the male in the dimensions of interpersonal trust, academic trust and trust in social institutions, whereas higher in the dimension of integrity of trust.(4) The students' political landscape affects their scores in the overall social trust and also each dimension, especially affects greatly that in the integrity of trust and trust in social institutions.(5) The secondary vocational school students' social trust is related to their self-worth.In spite of the fact that the general self-worth of the social orientation in the self-worth scale is not relative to the three dimensions of interpersonal trust, integrity trust and trust in social institutions, all the other dimensions are closely or very closely related to the dimensions of social trust and overall scale of social trust.
