The Ethical Thinking Of Credit Construction

Honesty is the traditional morality of Chinese nationalities,it is regarded as the basis of the making of a man and that a rule of a nation from of old.It is complimented and praised.Undeniably,the honesty ethics of Chinese tradition Confucian takes one kind of important moral resources is still to play the unique role and to affect the modern society,but because it took root in feudal society which has lived mainly on the natural economy,the small peasant economy,simultaneously it influenced by the feudal clan law hierarchical system and the Confucian virtuous rule,thus it formed some characteristics of brand with age and had certain historical limitation.In socialist market economy today,honesty is no longer just to show individual inner moral realm,but the basic moral obligations that every market main body and social citizens must abide by,it has become a normal sustaining economic and social development,healthy and effective operation of the foundation.At present,Chinese economic,political and cultural field credit deficiency in quite common,this has seriously affected the healthy development of the economy and society,in current it is very urgent that how to control and prevent radically promise.This article is based on the analysis of causes of breaking faith,promulgates that the human nature question is the root which the honesty deviates from,to provide theory basis for the comprehensive governance for the faithless.This article is divided into five parts:The first part:the concept of integrity.The second part:from the east to the west,universal,based on historical perspective of integrity,thus drawn to the integrity of the scientific connotation.The third part:Analyze the cause of lacking of honesty."Hypocrisy" in the traditional culture of traditional negative effect,low cost,the promise of credit mechanism,the simple and functional of moral education,social credit information asymmetry,the lack of standardization in government behavior,the imperfect legal system,all of these caused the current situation. The forth part:Undertake the above analysis,the absence of credibility root lies in human nature,analyze several views about human nature and get the conclusion that human nature is good and also evil.The fifth part:carry on the discussion about how to construct the social credit, from the good and evil humanity in two aspects.Based on the goodness,moral education should be strengthened;based on the evil-human-nature side,we must strengthen the construction of legal system.
