Relational aggression is one of the new research field in the developmental psychology. In the research, the questionnaires and experimental methods were combined to explore the characteristics of the relational aggression victims' coping-style in the the vocational school students. Based on it, we carried out the intervention of the relational aggression victims' coping-style.569 students of relational aggression victim were taken as subjects in the first study. On the basis of literature search and open questionnaire survey, we developed the questionnaire of secondary vocational school students' relational aggression victim, which consisted of 18 items, devided into 4 dimensions:destroying the image, voice hostility, intentional obstruct, isolation and severance. And then, taking 344 the secondary vocational school students as subjects,we carried out the reliability and validity test of the formal questionnaire. The result indicated that the questionnaire had high reliability and validity and could be used to distinguish relational aggression victim in the secondary vocational school students in China.Based on the questionnaire in the first study, Study II distinguished students of relational aggression victim, and explored the characteristics of secondary vocational school relational aggression victims' coping-style.Study III combined questionnaires and experimental methords. 25 students of relational aggression victim in the secondary vocational school were taken as subjects in the experimental group and carried out the intervention of the relational aggression victims' coping-style.The results were as follows:(1) The questionnaire of secondary vocational school students' relational aggression gression victims had good reliability and validity. (2) There was no significant grade and gender difference in relational aggression victims' coping-styles, and the class cadres among relational aggression victims had higher scores than the non-class cadres in the factor of seeking help.(3) Compared with the non-victims, relational aggression victims had lower scores in the factor of problem solving and higher scores in the factors of rationalization, self-accusation and retreat.(4) The intervention had significantly motivated the participants to use mature coping styles of solving problems and seeking help.(5) The effect of the intervention was influenced by gender. It had better effect on boys than girls on the factor of fantasy.(6) The intervention could significantly reduce the level of state-anxiety and depression of the participants.
