Coping style,which is individual comprehensive response stimulated by stressful event,has been the hotspot on the researches of psychology and other relevant subjects.It is also an important factor that can affect the mental health of secondary vocational school students.This research firstly combined questionnaire and literature study methods.Then,based on the deep understanding and concept discussion of coping style,researchers used questionnaire survey as a tool to distinguish the proper surveyors.Researchers turned to the secondary vocational students with immature coping styles as their subjects,carrying out outward bound training,to explore the effect of outward bound training on immature coping style vocational students via theoretical and experimental study respectively in order to provide the theoretical and practical support for the research of mental health education of vocational students.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)Vocational school students tend to use mature coping style when they are facing stressful events.(2)The average grade of self-accusation factors for male is significantly higher than that for female.(3)There is no obvious differences of coping styles in their native place,family background,the only child or not and whether as a class cadre.(4)Outward bound training remarkably improve the coping styles for tested secondary vocational students,motivate them to adopt the way of solving problem and asking for help more usually to make their coping styles change from immature type to mature type.
