With the rapid development of social environment and organization, the behaviors of enterprise-leaders are becoming increasingly complex, and the public is also paying increasing attention to this. In the past 15 years, a large number of researchers studied the seamy side and destruction of the behaviors of the manager. But there seldom is domestic researchers study relative themes. In 2000, Tepper arise the concept of abusive supervision. It refers to subordinates perceptions of tbe extent to which supervisors engage in the sustained display of hostile verbal and nonverbal behaviors, excluding physical contact. Tepper made a one-dimensional abusive supervision questionnaire. In this study, it uses the back translation methods made by Taiwan scholar Zongyou Wu to get the questionnaire. On this foundation, they get the abusive supervision questionnaire. By exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, they get a single factor abusive supervision model.This study is based on the culture and management situation in our enterprise, uses literature investigation and questionnaire method, and chooses 632 operators at the production line as the samples. The article analyzes the negative influence which abusive supervision impacts on the enterprise and it's employees, explores the mediate effect of the colleague belief and enterprise trust. The main conclusions drawn are as follows:(1) Abusive supervision is significantly correlate with organization commitment, and have negative prediction effect on it.(2) Abusive supervision is significantly correlate with job burnout, and have positive prediction effect on it.(3) Abusive supervision has significant negative prediction effect on organization trust. (4) Organization trust is significantly correlate with organization commitment, and have positive prediction effect on it.(5) Organization trust has significant correlation with job burnout, and have negative prediction effect on it.(6) Both colleague trust and enterprise trust partially mediate the relationship between abusive supervision and organizational commitment.(7) Both colleague belief and enterprise belief partially mediate the relationship between abusive supervision and job burnout.(8) Abusive Supervision is significantly different on sex factor.
